SWAN (Statewide Area Network)

The Statewide Area Network (SWAN) is a Mission Mode Project under the National e-Governance Plan. Its overarching goal is to enhance transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness in the delivery of citizen services through the power of digital connectivity.
